Oil and Wine Ministries is a free online teaching ministry. Our goal is to share the Word of God with you, whoever you are. We believe that Christian growth comes from reading, studying, and understanding the Word of God, The Bible.
This ministry was begun by Rev. Phil Debenham, a non-denominational minister with no greater desire than to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and the body of Christ. Spiritual growth is our goal to the glory of God.
